Developing my books, I begun my work by stitching and beading entomology. so looked at bugs and insects that would be seen as intriguing to someone in a collection. I couldn't decide on how to frame the stitched work so in a charity shop I purchased some hard back old books and measured them to begin cutting into and using them as frames for the pieces.
